12 Month Gift Card Terms & Conditions

 These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase, activation and use of the SLAMIT 12-Month Membership Gift Card (“Gift Card”). By purchasing or redeeming a Gift Card, you accept these Terms.

1. Gift Card Overview

  • The Gift Card provides the recipient with 12 months of SLAMIT membership from the date of activation.
  • A Gift Card can only be redeemed once and cannot be reloaded or extended.

2. Redemption

  • Gift Cards must be redeemed at slamit.com.au.
  • To redeem, recipients must create or log in to a SLAMIT account and enter the unique gift card code.
  • Once redeemed, the membership will automatically activate and run for 12 months.

3. Expiry

  • A Gift Card must be redeemed within 36 months from the date of purchase (in line with Australian gift card legislation).
  • Once redeemed, the 12-month membership period begins immediately and cannot be paused or transferred.

4. Non-Refundable / Non-Transferable

  • Gift Cards are non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
  • They cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other product.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards will not be replaced.

5. Eligibility

  • Redemption requires the recipient to be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
  • Membership is subject to SLAMIT’s general user Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

6. Use of Membership

A redeemed SLAMIT membership grants:

  • Access to weekly sports tipping competitions
  • Eligibility for SLAMS reward points
  • Eligibility for weekly rewards, prizes, promotions and member benefits
  • Access to all features available within the standard SLAMIT 12-month membership tier

SLAMIT reserves the right to modify competitions, rewards or features at any time.

7. Prohibited Use

Members must comply with SLAMIT’s platform rules and may not:

  • Transfer or resell the membership
  • Use the Gift Card for unauthorised promotions or commercial activity
  • Engage in fraudulent or manipulative tipping behaviour

Breaches may result in suspension or cancellation of membership without refund.

8. Liability

  • SLAMIT is not responsible for any technical issues, delays or failures related to Gift Card activation outside its control.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, SLAMIT excludes all liability for loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use the Gift Card.

9. Changes to Terms

SLAMIT may amend these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on slamit.io and apply to all Gift Cards not yet redeemed.
